Indian Restaurants in Changwon city, South Korea

I love to try new food, so as recommended by my friends we drove to  Changwan city. I have heard there are many Indian engineers in changwan city in many companies like Doosan, LG, samsung etc. Hence there is an Indian Restaurant named Bombay which is very popular.
Till now I just loved the food from Delhi Restaurant which is located in Okpo.
So in order to go for a long drive we chose to have lunch in the Indian Restaurant named Bombay.
Actually the names of the restaurant are derived from  the list of  Big Cities of India named Delhi(being the capital of India and Bombay (now called Mumbai), which is famous for Indian cinema, Bollywood.
The Delhi restaurant is among the top restaurants of Geoje and offers are very authentic Indian food.
But once I drove to Changwan city for the Indian food in Mumbai that was just amazing. It was much more like a home food which I enjoyed alot. The food had no color content. The resturant is really huge and service is very good.
We ordered the starters named Samosa, indian mandu with Khamja.

The lunch set of Bombay restaurant is around 15,000 to 17,000 Won depending on the Lunch set 1, 2, and 3. The set offers several choices of drinks which include the salad a curry, naan, Barbecue chicken, curd, rice and fried rice.

The food had a lot of quantity and really made us full.
The food was very delicious and I might rate the restaurant very high.
The driving from Geoje might take 1hour 30mins but I think its worth it coz the food is really awesome.
And to my surprise I was shocked to see there are two more restaurants next to bombay restaurant named Punjab and Taj mahal which are also Indian restaurant. So I feel the competition is high hence quality and quantity of the food is perfect.

Street market or farmers market in South Korea

Thank you for your comments and liking my blog. Well! today I will share my experience about the street market or farmers market in South Korea. Previously, I wrote about the grocery marts in South Korea which are located in each locality.

Generally the street markets are located in the market where the farmers bring the freash vegetables, fruits, kimchi, special snacks, some cheap clohes. The street markets are very popular among korean housewives. They buy the vegetables, fruits, sea-food, fish, kimchi etc from these street market.

The farmers market offer good price, quality and quantity. Best part is the korean old ladies sell products on a cheap rate, if required you can even bargain the price. The old ladies selling the vegetables keep cleaning or washing the vegetables well.

Otherwise in a big street market you can find products other than food like clothes, general daily stuff, pans, utensils, decoration items, CDs, DVDs old oncs etc.

But i might recommend you to buy fresh vegetables from the Korean street market and sometimes you can experience the street food like Thikim(fried food), dakpokki etc. You can even buy the rice cake from there which is home made by ajumas.

Do have an experience of it!
